What You'll Do 

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems 

• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections 

• Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and indoor air quality equipment 

• Educate customers on repair and replacement options 

• Recommend solutions that best fit customer needs 

• Complete accurate service documentation 

• Deliver outstanding customer service on every call 

What We're Looking For 

• EPA Certification (Required) 

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service and repair experience preferred 

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills 

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening 

• Authorized to work in the United States 

• Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
